As I am teaching nine-year-old Little One (and soon will be
teaching Patch when she reaches the appropriate age):
Rule 1
It’s funny the first time.
It’s funny the second time.
It may be funny the third time.
It may or may not be funny the fourth time.
It is definitely not funny five or more times.
Rule 2
Study very closely the teachings of Bill Murray.
That, it seems to me, is about it.
